Since the business’ inception in 1970, I have been focused on innovating and developing a company with a long-standing reputation of quality. The world of remodeling is forever changing, and technology is playing an even bigger role than ever, but craftsmanship and quality will always stand the test of time. Having had the privilege of teaching sales & business courses nationally, and hearing from business owners and craftsmen alike for the last two decades, has renewed my passion and vigor for the trades and what the next generation can do to push the ideas of craftsmanship.
Joshua Ayars
I have a passion for making things better. Developing processes to improve the customer experience, focusing on continued education for our craftsman, and exploring new products and technologies are part of my daily focus. Being part of a family business is something special and I have an unwavering commitment to excellence in every aspect of what we do. I love cleanliness and organization and believe you only have one chance to make a lasting first impression. Continuing the legacy established since 1970 is part of my core and our entire teams focus. I want to represent the best that is out there and my entire supporting staff has that same passion.
Eric Haas
Having spent years learning from my father about the trades, I branched out on my own for over a decade, developing a business and reputation for quality craftsmanship. My real passion is finish carpentry and I really enjoy defining interior spaces with unique and custom details that set it apart. Since joining Ayars in 2017, I have shifted gears into management, overseeing all ongoing projects and helping to develop the skillsets of our carpenters. Interfacing with customers, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and our craftsmen — helping to ensure the job is produced effectively and efficiently without ever compromising quality — is just part of my daily responsibilities. I am constantly raising the bar and looking for the best out of everyone to ensure we are always putting our best foot forward. Honing the skillsets of our men and delving into building science and expanding my product knowledge creates a new set of challenges that is super rewarding.
Sharon Vick
Product selections can be overwhelming and seem like a tedious task and I am here to help. I work with the clients, helping to choose materials based on the predetermined budget. Together we will go to every appointment at each retail establishment and talk through selections. From visiting the showroom, tweaking the design, and getting samples, I am there every step of the way during the pre-planning and design phases to ensure your vision becomes reality.
